  • Do you sell customs or commission work?
    I am unable to offer customs or commission work at this time.
  • What are the shipping options?
    All orders posted from UK. Orders within UK are sent 1st Class Tracked & Signed. Worldwide orders are sent via international tracked delivery. All packages are covered against loss or damage in transit. We cannot be held responsible for additional customs charges incurred for international orders. Please check your own country’s terms & conditions before ordering.
  • What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect order?
    I take great care in the quality control and packaging of my products, but if you do receive a damaged or incorrect product please get in touch and I will do everything I can to rectify the problem. In the event of a return I would require you to mail back the product in sealed unused condition. After assessing the return product a refund will be processed. Due to the limited handmade nature of the products a replacement cannot always be offered. All packages are sent fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
